Management Retraining for Preschool Education Manual

“Management Retraining for Preschool Education” manual is being prepared for publishing. This manual is designed for school directors and teachers, who are leaders of the educational process.
Manual focuses on the fact that teacher’s and leader’s professional tasks are often coherent in such aspects, as leadership in education, education management, especially in the part where it is necessary to know about specifics of child development at a different age, in order to provide them with the needed support. From the other side, a teacher’s profession needs management skills. Knowledge and skills needed by leaders are often needed in pedagogical activity. As a leader of a class, the teacher often performs the same activities as school directors or leaders.
The manual is recommended by the Scientific Council of the Central ITTI of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Ukraine.
The publication is being prepared with the support of the MATRA program of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the framework of “Teacher Training for Preschool Education in Ukraine” Project implementation.
